Program Peneraju Skil Iltizam (Animasi) is a full scholarship intended to give a second chance to dropouts or candidates who may be more inclined to vocational or technical skills than academic performance. This training program provides certification in the industry whereby the candidates will have the skills to meet the demands of industry.
The main objective is to produce highly skilled assistant animator among Bumiputera to meet the demands of creative industries. This also could help to reduce student involvement in social ills indirectly.
This scholarship includes training fee, accommodation, food, transportation and monthly allowance.

- 2D Visual Effects;

Eligibility Criteria:
- Malaysian (Bumiputera);
- Must be 18 years old and not more than 21 years old at the point of application;
- Primary / secondary / college drop-out, but have the potential and interest in creative industry;
- Able to read and write;
- Talented in art (drawing);
- Have basic computer skills;
- Confident and have good personality;
- Drug and alcohol free.
